How to set playback resolution?

Not all devices or networks are capable of playing back 4K videos natively. To support all devices, our platform generates an adaptive format, with both 4K and 1080p renditions.

When playing back a 4K video, please make sure to set the playback resolution to 2160p to ensure you are playing the video at the highest resolution.

How to change the playback resolution:

  • In the video player, click on the '⚙️ Settings' button at the bottom-right
  • By default, the resolution is set to 'Auto' and automatically selects the resolution based on the device or network speed.
  • Choose '2160p' (or highest available). This will change the stream to the highest resolution within a few seconds.

Safari browser does not support the manual setting of resolution. Please use Chrome or other browser for this setting.
