How can I make revisions with photo-sets?

If you've re-edited or retouched photos for a client and need to update them in an existing photo-set, you can easily upload the new versions directly to the same set. Our system helps you detect duplicates and choose how to handle them.

How to Replace Photos in a Photo-Set

  1. Open the gallery where the photo-set is located.
  2. Click into the photo-set you want to update.
  3. Upload the revised photos just like you would add new ones.
  4. Once duplicate/new versions are found, you can select the 'Overwrite All' option.
  5. This will replace the old version with the new versions in the photo-set.

As the photos upload, VidFlow will automatically detect any duplicate filenames that already exist in the photo-set.

Choose How to Handle Duplicates

When duplicates are found, you’ll be prompted to choose:

  • Skip All – Keeps the current versions and ignores the new uploads.
  • Overwrite All – Replaces the existing photos with the new versions using the same filenames. The updated images will be shown in the gallery immediately.

💡 Tip: Make sure the filenames of your revised photos match the original ones if you want to overwrite them.
