How to Fix Connection Issues with VidFlow

If you are unable to view your galleries or access the website, your internet provider may be blocking the connection. You can resolve this in a few minutes by updating your device's DNS settings to use faster, more reliable servers from Cloudflare and Google.

For macOS Users

  1. Go to System Settings and select Network.
  2. Click on your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), then click Details.

  1. Select DNS from the sidebar.
  2. Click the + icon under "DNS Servers" and add these four addresses:
    • 1.1.1.1
    • 1.0.0.1
    • 8.8.8.8
    • 8.8.4.4
(Optional) Drag these to the top of the list so they are used first.
  1. Click OK.
  2. Restart your Mac device to clear the DNS cache.

For Mobile Users (iPhone & iPad)

  1. Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the (i) icon next to your connected network.
  3. Scroll down and tap Configure DNS, then select Manual.

    Tap Add Server and enter:

    • 1.1.1.1
    • 8.8.8.8
  4. Tap Save at the top right.

  1. (Tip: Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your connection).
