Codec:
For best results, encode to the H.264 codec.
File Format:
MP4, MOV, or M4V
Audio:
AAC-LC format at 320 kbps with a sample rate of 96khz or 48khz.
Individual File Size:
Each individual video file size cannot be more than 50GB.
Bigger videos must be split into sizes under 50GB.
Scan Type:
Progressive only (Interlaced is not supported)
