Can I replace a video for a revision?

For On-Demand Customers

Yes, you can replace a video with a revised version for no additional cost:

  • within 10 days of upload (Free Standard Tier) 
  • within 60 days of upload (White-labeled Business Tier)

This allows you to easily replace a video for free, if you have made a mistake or require quick revision requested by clients.

Replacing the video after revision window will use additional quota or Credits.


For Unlimited Membership Customers

The membership offers unlimited revisions for Hybrid Galleries.

Replacing videos requires using the dedicated 'Replace Video' button.

Please do not delete the video, as deleting the video does not restore your quota.
