Can I replace a video for a revision?

For On-Demand Customers

Yes, you can replace a video with a revised version for no additional cost:

  • within 10 days of upload (Free Standard) 
  • within 60 days of upload (with White-labeling Add-on or Annual Memberships)

This allows you to easily replace a video for free, if you need to revise a video to fix export mistakes or erroneous uploads.

Replacing the video after revision window will use additional quota.


For Annual Membership Customers (Plus, Pro, Ultimate)

Annual memberships offer free revisions within 60 days of upload for Hybrid Galleries.

Replacing videos requires using the dedicated 'Replace Video' button.

Please do not delete the video, as deleting the video does not restore your quota.
