How long do I have access to my gallery?

Each gallery includes 10 years of access, on mobile, desktop, and TVs. The original source files are available for 1 year to download, while the streaming versions are available to stream and download for the entire 10 year period.

We recommend downloading the Original source files for your offline backup.

What happens after 10 years? Can I extend my access?

From the 8th year onwards, you will receive an email notification (at the email where you received your gallery), with extension options to extend your access further. These extension options will also be available within your gallery.

If you are looking to extend your access, you can purchase an annual or multi-year extension to keep your gallery active. This allows you to keep your media hosted securely and accessible on all your devices.

What happens if I do not renew my access beyond 10 years?

If you choose to not extend your access beyond the included 10 years, the media is permanently deleted once the 10-year access period is over.
