How long do clients have access to their video gallery?

Every gallery delivery includes 2 years of access for your clients. From the day their gallery goes live, they can view, stream, and enjoy their video on all of their devices for a full two years, included at no extra cost.

As their 2-year access approaches its end, clients are automatically notified by email so the date never catches them by surprise. If they want to keep their gallery available across all their devices, they can extend their access right from their VidFlow gallery in just a few clicks.

Classic galleries: Galleries created under our legacy Credits pricing include 10 years of access. If your gallery was delivered as a Classic video gallery, your clients are covered for a full decade.
